Wild Scallions Farm uses sustainable and organic practices to enhance the soils and grow healthful produce.  We practice crop rotation, plant cover crops, compost, and encourage beneficial insect populations and song birds; we do not use synthetic chemical fertilizers or pesticides.  We also do a lot of work by hand or hoe; pulling weeds, removing pests and preparing beds.  Our farm animals include chickens, goats, dogs, honey bees and composting earthworms.
